LIVERSEMINARS

INTERNATIONAL SEMINARS ON BASIC AND TRANSLATIONAL RESEARCH IN HEPATOLOGY OPEN TO EVERYONE

The LiverSeminars program is designed as a new educational initiative aimed at enhancing the translational research in the field of Hepatology in our country. For that, the LiverSeminars program will bring the most prestigious scientists in the field of Hepatology to interact with the research community of our territory.

To this end, and thanks to the support from Gilead Sciences, CIBEREHD and AEEH, the Institutes of Biomedical Research IDIBAPS (Barcelona) and IiSGM (Madrid) join forces organizing this educational activity that takes place monthly in Barcelona and Madrid.

Since its inauguration, in September 2017, we hosted eminent scientists that met with a variety of teams from diferent Spanish institutions, gave excellent seminars that are now available in this website, and importantly started new collaborations with local teams.

During the COVID-19 crisis, the LiverSeminars keep going but adapted to this challenging situation using online platforms. Seminars are free and open to the Hepatology Community and to the entire Society.

We encourage you to discover in detail this educational program by surfing on the website.

Kindest regards, Jordi Gracia and Rafael Bañares, co-founders and scientific co-directors of the LiverSeminars Program
